Happy Birthday to Steve and Other Happenings...

Today is Steve's birthday! So Happy Birthday to him. It isn't a very exciting birthday- we aren't having a party or anything. We saw my parents on Friday night and his parents on Saturday. I did at least make a cheesecake for him today... which is probably ready to eat by now! Anyway, here is a lovely picture from his mission just for fun:This is Steve helping one of the Filipino members learn to tie a tie for church.

In other news, Josh is working on teeth #5, 6 and 7. He already has 4 on the bottom, and now there are three just starting to come through on the top. Needless to say, it has been a rough couple nights, with probably a few more to go. He will look so grown up with all those teeth! Josh recently passed his 9-month birthday too, which is crazy. Here he is with his daddy before church last week:
Well- Josh just dumped over the garbage can for about the third time in the last 10 minutes so we had better go!

:) Becoming a handful, huh. LOL- that's his job though! Well, HAPPY BIRTHDAY Steve! Hope you enjoy yourself today even without a party. I think that's when we know we're really grown up- when everyone stops throwing us a big party on our birthdays and we just focus on the kids'.

He is the cutest kid I have ever seen (Josh that is!!) Don't you love the garbage stage!! I don't miss that one bit! He sure is getting a lot of teeth, at least they are all coming in at once, mine still don't have all of theirs and I think it just gets worse the older they get!!

Happy Birthday!! You are officially getting to the point where I can tell you that you are old. . . just kidding (that's Richard, he'll be 30 this year, but he still looks like he's 25). :) I hope you had a fabulous birthday.

I seriously have the worst memory ever - have we talked about how our husbands both went to the Philipines? I seriously can't remember!

Happy b-day, Steve! And good luck with the teething thing. I really like your post this time, I thought it was cute how honest you were about your little boy getting into things. Sigh. I'll be there soon.

Hi again, Wellers! I'm just going to answer a question that Steve had. I checked my blog that I forgot about, and saw that he'd left a comment about some pictures and what kind-of camera I use. I use a Kodak EasyShare Z812Z IS. It's a pretty good camera, although nothing professional. And I've been pretty happy with the pictures it takes. Sometimes I do cheat and edit it, so not all of the lighting is real. But for the pictures he was looking at, I really didn't do a whole lot with the lighting, they were taken at about 7pm last summer, the photographer's hour.
