We had Lizzy's blessing this past Sunday. We were happy to have so much family join us for the occasion, and I am extra thankful for their patience while I tried out 2 new Pinterest recipes for the brunch, both of which were pretty amazing (Cinnamon Roll Cake and Breakfast Ham Cups).
In all the hustle and bustle, I forgot to take any pictures. (But really, is that surprising to anyone?) Steve at least gathered the group of men who stood in the circle for a picture. These are some pretty great men.
I took these pictures a couple days later in an attempt to recreate the moment.
The blessing dress is the same one we used for Abby. It was given to us by a parent of one of Steve's former students as a thank you for his positive impact on his student's life. Pretty sweet deal!
Maybe someday soon I will have it together enough to get a family picture of all 5 of us together...
We are all surviving. Some days are much better than I expected, and some days are EXACTLY how I expected having 3 kids would be. Kindergarten is near... right? :)
