Our mattress finally came today! Huzzah! It has only taken a month for our bedroom to be completely finished. And, might I say, it is pretty much awesome.
I don't know what my favorite part is... finally having a "real bed" with a headboard and everything, the fact that said "real bed" is a King size bed, the awesome stripes on the wall, the his-and-hers lamps, the all matching bedspread/pillowcase set, or the fancy mirror!
Yeah- just feast your eyes on this awesomeness.
Oh- and I forgot the fancy curtains- they just tie everything together. A big, big thanks to Steve for painting, assembling the bed, installing the curtains and shelves, and basically doing everything. I picked out the paint colors though. So I helped. Some.

You guys have such a nack for decorating!!! I LOVE IT!! Where did you come up with that idea??? While we're talking about your mad decorating skills, I LOVED your idea to wrap the pictures on the wall at Christmas time.. SO stinking cute :)
I love the night stands! They're my favorite part. The stripes are awesome too. I would never even think to do something like that. Mine would also not be straight like yours are.
